What to Expect at Your Twenty One Toys Workshop
Each team we play with is unique, so your workshop experience begins with a 30-minute consultation to review the specific goals you are looking to achieve. Conducted a week or so before your workshop, this call is also a chance to get to know the facilitator who will be leading your session.
During your workshop, your team will be playing, laughing, and gaining powerful insights within minutes. Our workshop facilitators are some of the best in the business, combining expertise in learning and development, coaching, instructional design, and emotional intelligence. They will guide your team through a series of collaborative games, each paired with an expertly facilitated discussion that makes direct connections to the goals identified during your pre-workshop consultation.
Throughout these discussions, your facilitator will help participants turn their insights into tangible actions. Each member of your team will leave the workshop having identified a specific behaviour they would like to practice in their daily work and learning. They will also gain access to a suite of digital resources to help as they practice the simple yet powerful behaviours they came to understand through their workshop.
