    If you are an educator working with K-12 aged children, you’re eligible for discounts off Empathy Toy Teacher’s Kits! Just fill out this form and our team will be in touch to learn more about your school, and how you're hoping to use the toys.

    One Empathy Toy Teacher’s Kit is good for up to 20 players. Many of our schools and school districts purchase 2-3 kits that can be shared between classrooms, which also allows for smaller group sizes.

    We ship our toys once a week from Ontario, Canada.

    We can ship almost anywhere in the world, and we ship using UPS or Canada Post. Once your order has shipped, you’ll be provided with a tracking number of so that you can follow your toy on its journey!

    If you’re ordering toys from outside of Canada, please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which vary by country. You will be responsible for paying any of these fees, which will be billed to you by UPS.

    The Empathy Toy is player powered, which means that every game is different. You can also vary the difficulty of the pattern that they are building, or the rules of the game. Our team has played the Empathy Toy many times and we still learn new things about the toy and each other every time we play. Previous experience with the Empathy Toy also allows players to practice skills that they developed.

    The Empathy Toy is used every day in schools as part of programs including:

    The Empathy Toy can be connected to a variety of topics, themes, and educational methods. Many of these broader topics are outlined in our guidebook, along with tips about which versions of the game might fit best with your desired outcomes.

    Our Empathy Toys are made of maple and walnut wood, with elements made of foam and metal. They are designed for players between the ages of 6-99.

    Every Empathy Toy Teacher’s Kit comes with a guidebook that has everything you need to start playing right out of the box! We’re currently updating our training offerings but in the meantime, you can get playing as soon as your toy is delivered.

    We’re here to help! Our toys ship from Ontario, Canada and we ship once a week - however, depending on where you’re located, your toy can be delivered anywhere between 2 to 10 business days at our fastest shipping tier. Contact our team through our contact form or call us at (416) 642-8468 and we can let you know what shipping magic we can work!

    Not yet, but the Empathy Toy is language agnostic! As long as the person running the workshop knows the rules of the game, the players can use any language to communicate.

    A Note About Shipping

    Twenty One Toys provides shipping within North America using UPS Standard Ground, unless you've requested a faster shipping option. All shipping charges include any brokerage fees. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, calculated once a shipment reaches your country, and you will be responsible for paying all additional charges for customs clearance. You should contact your local customs office for further information.

    Twenty One Toys also offers global shipping using UPS Worldwide Expedited, unless you've requested a faster shipping option. If you would like a shipping estimate for orders outside of North America, we would be happy to assist you. Duties and associated fees for international orders will vary by country.
