Twenty-one Toys made team building both fun and insightful. The combination of the different exercises and the need to focus on specific ways of communicating was invaluable to our team at the Alzheimer Society of Toronto. The staff are still talking about what they learned about themselves and others. I look forward to seeing how the learning translates into our work. Flexible enough to be incorporated during a regular work day, these sessions use play to provide an overview of empathy & creative communication in the workplace.
These sessions provide enough time for deep discussions surrounding the mandate & culture of your organization. Structured around multiple forms of group play, this workshop will cover a wide range of conceptual & practical topics, and can be tailored to specific play metaphors that reflect your work.
This intensive experience allows participants to witness how assumptions & patterns of thought become entrenched over time. Once participants recognize this process, they can start to design strategies to maintain flexibility & innovation in their thinking.
This approach combines the rigour of a camp, with the flexibility to distribute sessions over several weeks. Participants have the opportunity to test their insights in the 1-2 weeks between sessions, leading to richer debriefs when the group reconvenes.
